The Salute to the Sockeye Festival takes place every four years, during the dominant year of the cycle, and recognizes the largest sockeye salmon run in North America.

Shuswap Community Foundation is proud to be able to support this festival, which aims to educate visitors about the importance of wild salmon conservation, through 2025-2026 SCF grant funds.
