Board of Directors
The Shuswap Community Foundation has 12 members. These 12 are also the governing Board of Directors. Each board member serves a three year term, with the terms of four directors expiring each year. Half of the directors are appointed by an “Appointment Committee” made up of the Mayors of Salmon Arm and Sicamous, the Dean of Okanagan College, the Chair of the Shuswap Hospital Foundation, a representative of the Columbia Shuswap Regional District and a member of the Board of School District 83.
