Grants Portal

Shuswap Community Foundation accepts online Grant Applications via a secure online portal for submitting the information we require in order to process and facilitate your grant application.

SCF staff is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, to assist you with any questions. Please call our office at 250-832-5428 or email info@shuswapfoundation.ca.

Before You Apply

You can apply for a grant if you are a Registered Charity, a Non-profit Group, Organization, or Association. If you are a new business the grant application must be submitted by the Registered Charity or established non-profit in collaboration with the new non-profit/organization/association.

Be sure to consult our SCF Grant Cycles to ensure that you submit any Grant Applications by the appropriate due dates.

Application Resources

We are only able to process on line grant applications are preferred to ensure that all the information we require is received and processed accurately. If you are unable to complete online, please connect with the office to discuss or email us at info@shuswapfoundation.ca

Step 1. Read the Grant Guidelines page.

Step 1. Read the Grant Seeker FAQ page.

Step 3. Download, review, and gather the information required for the Online application as per the Grant Application Worksheet, Grant Application Budget Sheet and your organizations previous years financial statements (see Financial Statement Sample), contractor quotes, letters of support, etc.

Step 4. Complete the online Application and submit online.

Step 5. Await the results (Second grants cycle: notification of award will be sent the second week of March, First grants cycle: the first week of August). Complete the thank you requirements online and email to info@shuswapfoundation.ca with any questions or concerns or call the office at 250.832.5428.

Step 6. Complete a the Project Evaluation Report online and attach pictures and video of your completed project (share your success story).
