Grants Portal

Shuswap Community Foundation accepts online Grant Applications via a secure online portal for submitting the information we require in order to process and facilitate your grant application.

SCF staff is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, to assist you with any questions. Please call our office at 250-832-5428 or email info@shuswapfoundation.ca.

Before You Apply

You can apply for a grant if you are a Registered Charity or if you are a Non-profit Group hosted by a Registered Charity. Visit our Grant Seeker FAQ page for answers to many commonly asked questions about our grants.

Please review our Grant Guidelines carefully before beginning your application.

Be sure to consult our SCF Grant Cycles to ensure that you submit any Grant Applications by the appropriate due dates.

Application Resources

While online grant applications are preferred and will ensure that all the information we require is received and processed accurately, SCF still accepts downloaded, fillable applications if you are unable to complete online. Please connect with the office to discuss. All required documents may be emailed to us at info@shuswapfoundation.ca

Step 1. Download a copy of our Grant Guidelines.

Step 2. Read the Guidelines.

Step 3. Download, fill in and email us your Grant Application Worksheet, Grant Application Budget Sheets and attach any necessary Supporting Documents (Your organizations previous years financial statements, contractor quotes, letters of support, etc.)

Step 4. Await the results (Second grants cycle: notification of award will be sent the second week of March, First grants cycle: the first week of August). Complete the thank you requirements and email to info@shuswapfoundation.ca

Step 5. Complete and email us the Project Evaluation Worksheet and attach pictures of your completed project (share your success story).
