Income available for distribution from the Fund, as determined by the Foundation’s directors, will be disbursed annually to the Shuswap Hospital Foundation (the “Hospital Foundation”). The Hospital Foundation may use this income, at its directors’ discretion, for capital projects at Shuswap Lake General Hospital or other publicly operated medical or care facilities in the Shuswap area.
If the Hospital Foundation ceases operations or is wound up, the income shall be directed, at the Foundation directors’ discretion, to one or more non-profit charitable organizations with a similar purpose located in the Shuswap area.
